These days a lot of jewelry is chunky and aggressive. Much of it lacks a certain femininity that many like. Some jewelry is actually classified as Brutalist, an ugly name applied to, in most cases, ugly pieces. (That said, I may one day come across one I like, so never say never.)
 
This lovely Art Nouveau panel bracelet does not suffer from any kind of brutality in any way.
 
It is delicate and elegant, a great expression of a time when it was a much simpler world, nowhere near as hectic and stressful as our modern times, at least in our mind's eye.

One electronically tested 18KT yellow gold lady's hand assembled gold bracelet with a box and tongue clasp with a bright polish and textured finish. Condition is excellent. Intricate floral bracelet with seamless decorative links. Rubies set on the inner sections of the flowers and diamonds set throughout. Textured and high polished details. Bracelet measures approximately 14.00mm at the widest point and 17.75 cm in length. 
 
Twenty bezel set round modified brilliant cut natural rubies, measuring 1.95 - 1.92 x 1.16 mm, (depth est.) approximate total weight of 0.80 ct., clarity is heavily included, medium dark, very slight brownish, slightly purplish red colour, (GIA slpR 6/3), cut is fair. Carat weight and colour are estimated due to setting.
